The best way to take 21st Century Aloe Vera is to start out with a quarter of a teaspoon the first day mixed with about four ounces of water. Stir very thoroughly.  Drink first thing in the morning before eating anything else. Wait at least one half an hour before eating or drinking anything else except for more water.

There can be detoxification responses or other healing responses because of the immune modulating effects of 21st Century Aloe Vera.  The dosage can be lowered or kept at the same level for a period of time that is most comfortable.  Our product is totally non-toxic and not a drug, but a natural supplement.

The dosage plan can continue to half a teaspoon on day 2, a full teaspoon on day 3, a teaspoon and a half on day 4, two teaspoons on day 5, and finally two and a half teaspoons per day thereafter.  Two and half teaspoons equals approximately 1000 mg or one gram.  For a general rejuvenation program, even if there are no serious health issues, stay at 1000 mg a day for 30 to 60 days and then gradually cut back to a maintenance dose of 1/4 to 1/2 of a teaspoon of aloe vera thereafter.

Continue to increase the dose of aloe vera by a half teaspoon per day until the dosage reaches a maximum of seven and a half teaspoons a day.  For very serious health issues, it is better to stay at a higher dose until there is considerable improvement.

Lecithin or other oils with fatty acids increase the absorption and benefits of Aloe Vera through the stomach wall.  Our product can be mixed with lecithin granules or powder, about one to one in terms of volume.  Lecithin granules or powder can be purchased in most health food stores. Get the loose kind, not in capsules.  Those with soy reactions can use an essential fatty acid oils such as flax seed oil.  If lecithin or oils cause digestive upset take 21st Century Aloe Vera by itself mixed with water.
